Some people love the feel of paper, and that new (or old) book smell. Others like that you don't need a separate light with an e-book, and they're much more subtle in public.

Which way do you prefer to read, and do you read different sorts of books on one?

I guess it depends on the situation. I don't always carry a book around with me, but I always have my tablet. Of course I prefer the look, feel and smell of a 'real' book, but when I'm out and about, an E-book is handy.
I much prefer printed books - I just like the feel and being able to turn the pages and also being able to flick back & forth. But when travelling an e-reader cannot be beat.
Print is my favourite medium, but when I get stuck without a book on the train I wouldn't be without my Kindle app!
